We process most orders within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.
After we process your order, we will send you a tracking number if one is available.

If there is a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will send you a message.
We ship in various boxes and soft packages, with discreet packaging, that only has our parent company listed as the return address. If you need special packaging please leave a note with your order.

We make NO profits on shipping and there is no “handling” fee. During checkout, just choose a shipping service. The default option uses surface mail and is sometimes slow. Due to shipping delays, you may wait up to 2 weeks for delivery. Most packages arrive in 1 week or less.  If you have any concerns, please contact us.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Your personal online security very important to us and we take it very seriously. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. We store NO credit card information on our servers.  All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.


Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with one of our products or services, then we are not happy. Please keep this in mind when you want to return an item. Our policies outlined below are not set in stone, so remember, we will always try to make it right.

Non-Intimate Items
We accept returns withing 30 days of any non-intimate items for any reason.
Item must be returned in same condition received and in original packaging.

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by using the Contact Us form.
Items returned without a RAN number may not be correctly credited to customer’s account.
Upon receiving returned products, a replacement, store credit, or refund, will be sent as per customer request. 

Intimate Apparel Items
Please note, due to State and Federal Health Regulations, intimate apparel that has been opened cannot be re-sold. Items such as underwear, panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, nipple covers, nubra, wigs and wig accessories.  This also applies to any “Adult” toy items we sell.
Any of these items returned will be discarded, or donated to a charity. We would not pay good money to receive a used panties, and don’t think you would buy from a store that sells used or pre-owned any of these used items.

Please Inspect Your Order As Soon As You Receive It. If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective, we will replace it, issue a store credit, or refund.
