Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase please be aware that we may not accept your return or offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with one of our products or services, then we are not happy. Please keep this in mind when you want to return an item. Our policies outlined below are not set in stone, so remember, we will always try to make it right.

Non-Intimate Items
We accept returns withing 30 days of any non-intimate items for any reason.
Item must be returned in same condition received and in original packaging.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by using the Contact Us form.
Items returned without a RAN number may not be correctly credited to customer’s account.
Upon receiving returned products, a replacement, store credit, or refund, will be sent as per customer request.
Intimate Apparel Items
Please note, due to State and Federal Health Regulations, intimate apparel that has been opened cannot be re-sold. Items such as underwear, panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, nipple covers, nubra, wigs and wig accessories. This also applies to any “Adult” toy items we sell.
Any of these items returned will be discarded. We don’t think you would buy from a store that sells used or pre-owned any of these used items.
Please Inspect Your Order As Soon As You Receive It. If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective, we will replace it, issue a store credit, or refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds maybe granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not issue cash refunds.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Sale items will be refunded at sale price (purchase price) regardless of the current price if the item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, (different size, color, style etc.). Use our contact us form with details of the exchange. Unless we sent the wrong item the additional postage is the customer’s responsibility
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will be issue the store credit to a MyPrivateStyle.com account in your name.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund or store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
