In addition to our Terms and Conditions, this page (the “Coupon Terms and Conditions”) applies specifically in addition to the use of electronic discount coupon codes issued by MyPrivateStyle.com; hearafter known as Store Coupon Codes. Store Coupon Codes can only be used on the MyPrivateStyle.com site, subject to these Terms and Conditions and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of Store Coupon Codes. No Store Coupon Codes are redeemable through any other website owned or operated by K.C. Enterprises U.S.A., LLC. A Store Coupon Code is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the online purchase/checkout process. Your use of an Store Coupon Code indicates your agreement to be bound by the Store Coupon Code Terms and Conditions. MyPrivateStyle.com reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any Store Coupon Code for any reason at any time.
Distribution of My Private Style Store Coupon Codes

A Store Coupon Code may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means, for use by an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system, without the prior written permission of MyPrivateStyle.com. Store Coupon Codes distributed or circulated without the written approval of MyPrivateStyle.com are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled.
Permitted Usage of My Private Style Store Coupon Codes (unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of issue of the Store Coupon Code):
Each issued Store Coupon Code will be valid for use by a recipient only once (some may be multi-use coupons);
Each Store Coupon Code may be restricted in used including but not limited to: Time period of use; Mimnium purchase requirments; Which products Store Coupon Code can be applied to.
Each Store Coupon Code may be restricted to use with or in conjunction with any other special offers or Store Coupon Codes;
Store Coupon Codes have no cash value and CAN NOT be exchanged for cash, store credit, or used to purchase gift vouchers.
Store Coupon Codes may not be applied to any taxes or shipping charges unless specifically created for those items (ie. Free Shipping Store Coupon Code).
Excluded Goods & Services
Certain products may be excluded from Store Coupon Codes offers. From time to time other products may be excluded and any such further exclusion will be notified to you along with the Store Coupon Codes or through the MyPrivateStyle.com site.
Store Coupon Codes may be limited to redemption in respect of certain products or certain products may be excluded from the using Store Coupon Codes.
Excluded goods and services will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from the promotional discount of that specific Store Coupon Code.
Minimum Spend Requirements
Where the redemption of an Store Coupon Code is subject to a minimum spending requirement, the redemption is only permitted in respect of the purchase of qualifying products that meet the mininum U.S. dollar ($) requirment. Excluded products and supplementary charges, such as taxes & shipping shall not count towards a minimum spending requirement.
Calculation of Discount
Where an online offer states that a percentage discount will be given on a purchase, the cost of the qualifying purchases will be reduced by the stated discount percentage. Supplementary charges such as taxes and shipping charges shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the offer description.
Security & Fraud
When you use an Store Coupon Code you warrant to MyPrivateStyle.com that you are the duly authorized recipient of the Store Coupon Code and that you are using it in good faith.
If we reasonably believe that any Store Coupon Code is being used unlawfully we may reject or cancel any Store Coupon Code and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation.
If we refuse an Store Coupon Code submitted as part of an order, for any reason, we will inform you before the order is processed to advise of the correct cost of the order and give you the opportunity to modify the order or cancel the order for a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Orders submitted with Store Coupon Codes shall be accepted by MyPrivateStyle.com in the usual way (as set out in the above paragraph). MyPrivateStyle.com shall not be liable to any customer for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any Store Coupon Codes or any failure or inability of a customer to use an Store Coupon Code for any reason.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms is governed by the laws of the State of Texas in The United States Of America and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas in The United States Of America.
UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right, in our discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any part of MyPrivateStyle.com.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of the changes to these Terms will be posted on MyPrivateStyle.com and will be effective immediately, unless expressed otherwise.
It is your sole responsibility to periodically check these Terms for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes to these Terms, it is your sole responsibility to unsubscribe from MyPrivateStyle.com. Your continued use of MyPrivateStyle.com will be deemed as your acceptance thereof. We may assign or sub-license any of our rights or obligations under these Terms at any time, without obtaining your consent.
